We are looking for a top-motivated and highly skilled delegates/researchers.   Specifically your role includes the following responsibilities: o  Active participation in 3GPP for the related research to push Nokia Bell Labs research into standardization - participate in one of the follow 3GPP standardization groups: o   3GPP RAN1 - Radio Layer 1 specification o   3GPP RAN2 - Radio Layer 2 and Radio Layer 3 RR specification o   3GPP RAN4 - Radio performance and protocol aspects (system) o   3GPP SA2 - Architecture o   3GPP SA3 - Security o   IPR generation o   Radio research in the area of communication protocols and physical layer for devices o   Contribute and participate in customer dialogue on latest wireless technology trends o   Working as part of a team with the ability to work independently as well o   Influence the next generation mobile communications and standards o   Leading research in the area of terminal and devices   Requirements: o   Strong system background in 5G or LTE is a prerequisite o   A background with a Master's degree or Ph.D. o   A profound understanding of the area of radio access systems is a prerequisite o   A profound understanding of the area of cellular devices is a prerequisite o   A good understanding of Radio Access solution & product portfolio and wireless business strategy is required o   IPR experience will be a plus o   Experience in 3GPP standardization will be a plus o  You must cover at least one of the following areas o   RF physical layer system performance o   L1 and protocol SW architecture o   Mobile device architecture and communications systems o   Mobile device security aspects and architecture o   Device RF implementation, architecture and system performance o   L1 implementation and algorithm design o   L2/3 protocol SW architecture and implementation   Perfect technical background: o   5+ years as development engineer or research on device cellular modem area o   Multi -national and distributed environment o   Extensive exposure to international interworking culture, experience in leading distributed teams is an advantage o   You are proactive and willing to follow and search for latest research results! o   Fluent English skills is a requirement   Personal attributes: o   Strong technical and research skills o   Strong communications skills both written and verbally o   Strong skills in networking across organizational structures o   Strong technical and influential leadership skills o   Fast analytical and abstraction capabilities o   High self-esteem/self-value to be able to challenge and to let expertise in team steer decision making, but with high technical intuition to cut through nonsense and do prioritization o   Strong results orientation o   Must adopt quickly to new conditions and actively manage changes o   Willingness to travel 1800000K3L

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
