Associate Director Applications and Maintenance

Summary of Position with General Responsibilities Overall accountability of Applications support and maintenance for AsiaPac (including Europe as needed) Lead and manage the on-site and offshore applications support team Interface with ITS and business groups to ensure successful alignment and enablement of application support and maintenance business objectives Essential Job Functions Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members  Manage the relationship with vendor support lead who will deliver services on a global 24x7 basis. Provide oversight and focus on continuous improvement of support services Develop Support best-practices Monitor SLAs and metrics for support activities Work with offshore team to continuously improve the support model by automating and optimizing daily support tasks. Understand and report business impact of all incidents and perform root cause analysis Develop support models for new applications and rollouts Prioritize and approve changes Build and update application roadmap for Asia and Europe to stay current on ERP technologies Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge Highly accountable and responsive to support demands Must be flexible to ensure excellent support  at all times Good understanding of SDLC process, testing and validation Ability to interface with product team and development team members to work through software requirements and software bugs Requires up to 40% travel Education and/or Experience   o        10+ years of Information Technologyexperience o      Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience o      8+ years total JDE experience in either a developer/analyst or management role o      Broad understanding of JDE technical and functional aspects o      7+ years of experience in supporting JDE related incidents and problems aspects (Preferable modules are Distribution and Finance) o      2 to 3 years experience in managing developers and technical staff o      Experience working within a technical & functional team environment   2018-12497

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
