You will be responsible for:
Manage the contributions towards the Nokia Bell Labs programs and projects in line with general Research & Standards strategies
Assurance of process and quality conformance in the scope of Nokia Bell Labs
Alignment of team deliverables with internal stakeholders in terms of content (in particular with IPR Management, Nokia Bell Labs network research, and Product Management)
Contribute and participate in customer dialogue on latest wireless technology trends
Participate to wireless access research strategy creation process
Ensure active participation in 3GPP for the related research to push Nokia Bell Labs research into standardization
The Nokia Bell Labs is looking for an ambitious and top engaged colleague as part of our Device Standardization Teams. We are looking for a top-motivated and highly skilled delegates/researchers.
Specifically your role includes the following responsibilities:
Active participation in 3GPP for the related research to push Nokia Bell Labs research into standardization - participate in one of the follow 3GPP standardization groups:
3GPP RAN1 - Radio Layer 1 specification
3GPP RAN2 - Radio Layer 2 and Radio Layer 3 RR specification
3GPP RAN4 - Radio performance and protocol aspects (system)
3GPP SA2 - Architecture
3GPP SA3 - Security
IPR generation
Radio research in the area of communication protocols and physical layer for devices
Contribute and participate in customer dialogue on latest wireless technology trends
Working as part of a team with the ability to work independently as well
Influence the next generation mobile communications and standards
Leading research in the area of terminal and devices
Requirements:
Strong system background in 5G or LTE is a prerequisite
A background with a Master's degree or Ph.D.
A profound understanding of the area of radio access systems is a prerequisite
A profound understanding of the area of cellular devices is a prerequisite
A good understanding of Radio Access solution & product portfolio and wireless business
strategy is required
IPR experience will be a plus
Experience in 3GPP standardization will be a plus
You must cover at least one of the following areas
RF physical layer system performance
L1 and protocol SW architecture
Mobile device architecture and communications systems
Mobile device security aspects and architecture
Device RF implementation, architecture and system performance
L1 implementation and algorithm design
L2/3 protocol SW architecture and implementation
Perfect technical background:
5+ years as development engineer or research on device cellular modem area
Multi -national and distributed environment
Extensive exposure to international interworking culture, experience in leading distributed
teams is an advantage
You are proactive and willing to follow and search for latest research results!
Fluent English skills is a requirement

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
