Job Title: Asst 3, Administrative (Customer Data Steward)                   

Period: 10/02/2018 to 10/02/2019

Summary of Position:

  • Will be responsible for the data quality, data consolidation and relationship data management available from external and internal sources for Master Data Management Customer Systems as well as reporting. 
  • The position will collaborate with team members and Bard division contacts to address data concerns originating from internal processes.
  • The Business Data Specialist will perform key business functions, including data review, analysis and reporting. 

General Responsibilities:

  • Data reporting, profiling, validation, cleansing, analysis, and corrections
  • Upload Membership files to MDM, create related reports and work with divisions on review of the data
  • Perform data integrity checks, report anomalies, and work with development teams for resolution.
  • Collect, identify, correct and report data related issues and take appropriate steps to rectify issues within source systems.
  • Maintain, enhance and correct information related to Customer and, Membership data
  • Monitor compliance of information flows and data stores against data quality standards
  • Coordinate with divisions for non-centralized customer data requirements
  • Assist with related Data Standard Processes as required for Customer Standards

Essential Job Functions:

  • Provide coordination of and response to customer/internal data requests, specifically as it relates to data standards
  • Access and consolidate data and data sources required to respond to customer and Bard internal business requests
  • Coordinate with internal, divisional and outside organizations to facilitate data management

Education and/or Experience Required:

  • Working knowledge of and experience in utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel and Access
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 1 to 3 Year related work experience preferred
  • Strong customer orientation and communication skills
  • Process oriented

Additional Desirable Qualifications Skills and Knowledge:

  • Skills to perform research, root cause analysis and pro-active data monitoring (for Master data ) to report and fix data quality issues
  • Familiarity with Hospital Order to Cash (OTC) Processes/Healthcare Industry
  • Familiarity with GS1 and Healthcare Industry Standards
  • Strong Excel skills

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
