Preparing and/or reviewing SEC 34 Act filings, including proxy, 8-Ks, 10-Ks and 10-Qs, comment letter responses, Section 16 and other public disclosures. Take the lead legal role on the proxy statement, which is prepared in house.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
