DIRECTOR OF SEO
The Director of SEO will be the responsible for defining the "SEO product" - what activities and deliverables we are promising our clients, as well as the workflow to fulfilling these products. This is a high-profile role and requires an expert who can define and implement the SEO vision. The Director will work closely and collaboratively with other subsidiaries and business units within the organization to identify opportunities for SEO best practices and boost the ROI for SEO customers.

Responsibilities:
Implement industry-wide "best practices" and ensure clear documentation and guidance is provided to the right areas within the organization.
Define and manage several internal SEM team's workflow and oversee implementation of all SEO related initiatives, and monitoring competition and overall market trends related to SEO.
Define, monitor and analyze SEO key performance indicators (KPI's) developing recommendations to continually improve campaigns.
Vendor Management - Review, identify opportunity, and reach out to new external vendors related to search
Working closely with and coordinating with SEO professionals
Responsible for keeping internal teams (sales, fulfillment) updated on new developments in the search industry, opportunities, challenges
Develop reports for SEO clients and internal stakeholders
Define SEO measures of success and report on performance.
Work with engineering to develop world-class SEO reporting capabilities using SQL, Excel and 3rd party measurement tools.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree; Master's a plus
Proven track record of successful SEO/SEM strategy and implementation
In-depth knowledge of best practices in SEM
3+ years' experience working with website analytics - Google Analytics (is a must), Webtrends, and various local platforms
Proven leadership and ability to move a group forward. Excellent ability to lead /inspire group of people. Previous team management experience, a plus.
Strong analytical skills with ability to drive meaningful actions from large datasets
Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
Strong client-service orientation
Prior experience in the Legal space a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to give presentations to senior executives and conduct training

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
