Responsibilities:
Pick up Mail at Post office.
Sort and deliver office mail. Prepare certified mail.
Pack and ship parcels.
Operate FedEX computer.
Operate and maintain Neo Post Folder & Mailer.
Maintenance of copiers and printers including replacement of toner
Maintain stock of office paper and water.
Fill sale force requests for literature.
Maintain inventory of literature and office supplies.
Driving, delivering company cars, inspection, meeting articles, general errands and service.
Unload trucks when deliveries arrive. (after fork Lift training)
Refill stock, coffee room.
Set up meeting rooms, podiums, LCD projectors.
Re
lace lights, help assist in office projects with facility manager
All other tasks as assigned.
Required to pass Hazmat Shipping Safety protocols. (needed to ship hazardous goods)
Qualifications
5
years experience working in a mail room and have prior office administration experience.
High School Diploma
Strong customer service experience a must
Must be articulate and present a positive professional image
The candidate must be dependable, reliable, detail oriented with good organizational skills.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and stand and walk for long periods of time
We are looking for a team player as well as someone who works well on their own.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
