The Software Implementation and Integration Developer develops code to meet the needs of specific customer projects. Working from customer requirements, they will create the deliverables and associated documentation to fulfill those requirements. Using a pre-defined toolset or inventing their own toolsets, they will create and unit test high-quality code that is delivered to enable the completion of customer projects. They will follow standardized development and delivery processes and will troubleshoot issues that arise during the course of a project or as post implementation support. Direct customer interface is fairly frequent and often done remotely. Site visits occur on an ad-hoc basis and would be part of a normal project cycle or as a result of an extra-project need.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in area with analytic emphasis (typically math,
computer
science, computer information or accounting); related work experience can be substituted for educational requirement.

years of relevant work experience, possibilities include software implementation or P&C insurance experience.

years of experience with any of the following: C#, SQL, Visual Studio, Microsoft Foundation technologies, Windows Server 2003/2008 administration and configuration, JavaScript, XSLT, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX

Extensive hands on experience with C#, SQL, Visual Studio, Microsoft Foundation technologies, Windows Server 2003/2008 administration and configuration, JavaScript, XSLT, XML, HTML, CSS, AJAX
Extensive experience with customer service in the realm of computer systems
